Major Responsibilities 1.Develop and improve warehouse, shipping and Customs declaration team procedure and deal with CS WS internal daily affair; 2.Develop and implement company policies and procedures; 3.Implement company quality system; 4.Provide training to the new staff; set up a teamwork, possitive CS WS team; 5.Shipping cost and forwarder control; 6.Develop company customs declaration procedures and system; 7.Monitor material and product In & Out of the company, ensure that they are in compliance with China Customs relevant law and regulation; Major Work Objectives 1.Control shipping and ensure delivery on time; safe; low cost; accurate. 2.Optimize internal supply chain management. 3.Set up a positive, responsible, teamwork WS team; 4.Ensure the company operation to comply with Customs law and regulation. Major Requirements / Qualification 1.Education: College Graduate or above 2.Work Experience: Having 5 ~ 7 years logistic working experience in multinational company with at least 3 years in managerial position 3.Skills: Good knowledge of the material handling and logistics; Good knowledge of production control; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Good leadership and supervisory skills; Good oral and written English and Chinese; Good command of office software operation such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
