Responsibility: Management of entire planning process to ensure balanced supply and demand situation by having an optimized - Inventory management processes - Market knowledge gathering processes - Customer replenishment processes - Manufacturing strategy selection process Managing and monitoring of internal manufacturing resources to ensure On-Time-Delivery to customers and High-Customer-Service levels Ensure high customer satisfaction levels and implement agile responsive supply chain organization by constantly reduction of customer lead times Implementation of total solutions to achieve cost reduction within the supply chain by continuous improvement of - Material movement processes - Warehouse management and storage processes - Internal logistic processes - Internal/External replenishment processes Participation in SCM related projects (local, group, global) Requirement: Min. 5 years professional experience in similar position Chinese and English (fluent in speaking, writing and reading); CET4 or equivalent Basic MS Word, Intermediate MS Excel, in depth experience with ERP packages Basic knowledge for Lean & Six Sigma Philosophy; Green Belt Certificate Supply Chain knowledge according APICS standards
