Production Manager Report to: Production Director Job Responsibility: 1,Direct and administer all activities of production operations to meet cost, quality and efficiency objectives 2,Hold production team accountable through proper equipment and product allocation 3,Ensure a safe and clean working environment for all productive associates 4,Continuously improve manufacturing engineering capabilities and strengths 5,Planning for the work shift, manpower, equipments and production time schedule 6,Work closely with cross functional teams on the improvement of key metrics, including: product quality, scrap reduction, efficiency 7,Issue and maintain ISO production procedures 8,Develop and maintain the training of the workers; Requirements: 1,Minimum 10 years working experience in manufacturing with at least 5 years in senior supervisor or managerial position 2,Good command of written and spoken English 3,Degree in engineering, mechanical,electron or other relative fields 4,Good knowledge on large machinery production and electron is a plus 5,Good knowledge & skill on CNC, machining, etc. 6,Logic thinking, creative problem solving skill, and rich operation knowledge 7,Can work under pressure and work overtime
