KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES ; - Maintain Equipment control list in RS building, set up a preventive maintenance plan with engineering department and the execution according to the plan - Set up document system of department equipment, Provide training to Production staff, evaluate the training result to ensure all staff are qualified for position - Provide monthly maintenance report to production manager( cost, MTBF, OEE…) - Responsible for Equipment qualification from production part, ensure all activity meet local law /cooperage’s requirement - Liaison with other team member to solve the day to day maintenance work - Take part in process safety management work( JSA, Risk Analysis..) - Supervise the manufacturing process according to written production schedules, batch records, work instruction and BVO - Organize operators to efficiently achieve production needs, using standard methods to ensure that reproducible quality standards are maintained - Perform regular checks of production operations, including line checks and label inspection - Perform and organize regular training both for safety and skills development and maintain records of such training - Maintenance of safety and standards of housekeeping - Coordinate materials transfer between production and WH - Execute preventive and other maintenance activities as planned - Take role of shift quality preventative - Other duties as assigned by Production Manager Quality Responsibility： - Quality representative of shift production - Implement training for operator’s skills development - Ensure the production data is accurate on production batch sheet - Act as shift quality representative, and ensure the quality standards are maintained - Coordinate preventive and other maintenance activities EHS Responsibility： - Implement training for safety, health, environment - Supervise and ensure his subordinates are working in a safety, healthy and environment friendly methods - Be responsible for reporting any incident/accident and near miss without delay to Production supervisor - Ensure RS production to meet and execute environmental management system requirement KEY REQUIREMENTS： - Education: College graduation or above, major in Chemical engineering or Polymer,prefer to mechanical technology - Experiences: 3 years in epoxy resin plant or relevant working area, 1 years managing experience at team group which more than 10 team members. Prefer to experience on equipment TPM - Know-how/skills:Well know ISO 9001:2000 system, good English in oral and written.
