KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES ·Organize customer complaint investigation with multi functions to Find root cause Develop sustainable action plan Follow up action’s implementation ·Communicate with S&M/Customers to close complaint case on time. ·Drive the investigation for internal quality incident to root cause and follow the action plans. ·Organize customers’ on-site audit, properly handle customer’s requirement by coordinating with MKT team and Operation team. ·Maintain ISO/TS quality system and internal quality management system, drive action’s closure on time. ·Drive/Initiate quality continuous improvement effort on manufacturing process, like SPC, FMEA, Fool-Proof, Visual management and other lean six sigma tools, reflect the learning of complaints into daily quality management system like SOP, SOC , control Plan, etc. KEY REQUIREMENTS: Education: Chemical, Chemical engineering or related Experiences: Min 4~5 years quality background/ISO/TS standard Know-how/skills: Problem Solving based on 8D, 5Why or RCFA,All kinds of quality improvement tools Expert in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint Fluent in English and Chinese Lean Six Sigma background strongly preferred Strong negotiation and convincing skill
