KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Ensure EHS policy and applicable standards is effectively communicated and implemented during daily maintenance activities. 2. Organization, coordination, supervision and documentation of the general maintenance of the building and mechanical equipment for Panyu Site. 3. Coordinate between mechanical workshop, E&I workshop and production to fulfill the daily maintenance work. 4. Replenish & improve the Preventative maintenance quality in Panyu site. 5. Implement small projects and de-bottleneck activities in Panyu site, manage the cost in line with budget. 6. Prepare and implement Panyu plant overhaul maintenance planning. 7. Optimizing spare parts stock and R&M cost, ensure the actual cost within the budget. 8. Organize training to mechanical workshop, to develop team member's ability and potentials. KEY REQUIREMENTS 1. Education: University education of Chemical Machinery is preferred. 2. Experiences: 5-years mechanical maintenance experience 3. Know-how/skills: Familiar with Agitator, Mechanical Seal, Pumps, PHE KEY COMPETENCIES Analytical Thinking Initiative Communication Skills Team Work Customer Focus Basic oral English, and can read technical English Familiar with AutoCAD is preferred.
