KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Perform new supplier assessment audits and rating for qualification, gatekeeper of quality for supplier selection. Proactively involve to search potential suppliers Develop the potential supplier to support the growth of manufacturing Prepare incoming, in-process and outgoing quality inspections and control plans as well as the associated quality acceptance criteria. Help to build up necessary incoming QC capability. Key decision maker for claims to supplier for bad quality Perform regular supplier on-site process/system audits and review meetings, provide warning information to business, provide critical input for supplier’s termination if necessary. Drive supplier towards for continuous quality improvements, work with site QM and QC to make sure the standard to suppliers to be valid per business situation. Build up supplier quality management system. Work with management to develop supplier management strategy. KEY REQUIREMENTS Education: Technical degree, Chemical Preferred Experiences: MNC Supplier Quality Engineer Experience Min 5 years chemical manufacturing background ISO/TSO and Safety regulations Expert in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint Fluent in English and Chinese Six Sigma background preferred Heavy travel is required
