Finance Director JD Line Manager:CEO Purpose of the Job : 1.To supervise the company's financial performance to beat the financial targets 2.Ensure the company operations are running according to government and company policies and regulations 3.To ensure the proper functioning of IT system in the company Qualification: 1.Chinese, Fluent English 2.University degree, probably with focus on Finance; 3.Ideally worked in and trained by multinational firm operating in the region, likely between 32 - 40 years old but we will not limit the search by this range. 4.MBA/CPA/ACCA/CFA is a benefit, Ideally exposed to Sales & Marketing driven company with factory/manufacturing background, Minimum 5 years of experience in finance in a similar position with direct exposure to annual/periodic audits done by one of the big consulting/audit firms, Good IFRS or US GAAP knowledge. 5.Experience in reporting; experience in restructuring is a plus, experience in MFG PRO would be a plus. 6.Pro-active, hands-on with high degree of independence,Strong personality, with the right drive for business, Intelligent, honest, trustworthy, reliable, hardworking and committed, Should be open, enthusiastic and search for solutions rather than problems, Business minded and able to become an integrated part of the company management. 7.Should ideally be able to communicate finance issues in an efficient way to the rest of organization. 8.Eight years or above experience 9.MS Office (specially EXCEL) ERP knowledge 10.strong leadership, conflict handling skill, good interpersonal skills, good presentation skills Please send your detail resume with expected salary to hrliuying@hotmail.com
