RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Ensure the site in Guangzhou operates according company's global guidelines as well as local regulations regarding environmental protection, health of people and safety of operation 2.Safety and Hygiene for all employees in Panyu site 3.Train and improve the employees' EHS concept according relevant regulation 4.About environment technology is responsibility of Environmental engineer 5.The safety and registration of all products or raw material will be controlled according relevant regulation 6.Distribute and ensure excess to all relevant Corporate EHS guidelines and guidance notes 7.Ensure the site operates according to relevant local EHS regulation and limits 8.Follow-up changes in EHS relevant legislation 9.Formulate site specific EHS regulations, if necessary 10.Support various site departments in understanding and implementing EHS guidelines 11.Inform Management regularly about status of fulfillment, incidents and accidents and its follow-up results 12.Organize and run training sessions and tests to ensure the procedures are in place, understood and followed 13.Build and maintain an emergency alarm system and organization 14.C0-ordinate EHS activities with FDC site 15.Maintain contacts to local authorities on EHS matters 16.MSDS master 17.C0-ordinate activities and exchange experience with other company organizations within A/P.
