To identify the need and deficiency of all sales personnel from distributor Sales Associates, DlY Promoters, DIY Sales Promoter Area Supervisors, Sales Executives, After Sales Staff and Sales Trainer. 2. Source, structure and implement the appropriate program for each category and course level. 3. Plan and execute Delta Annual Sales training program by region and by job level. 4. Introduce a grading system for all levels, this will form part of the Sales staff appraisal. 5. Introduce staff upgrading program 6. Establish recruitment pre requisite criteria. 7.
