The Job Major Job: 1.Maintain and develop FA lab, 2.Lead a group of FA engineer to focus on customer complaint and internal problem areas. 3.Co-ordinate different parties to formulate effective corrective actions. 4.Monitoring corrective actions periodically to ensure they are carried out. The Requirement 1.University graduate in physics or chemistry; 2.10 years working experience, With focus on materials in which 5 years dedicated FA area; 3.Familiar with root cause analysis methods and problem solving skill; 4.Strong proven technical background and experience; 5.Good interpersonal and co-ordination skill; 6.Able to organize and work under pressure; 7. Excellent in both oral and written English.
