Production Team Manager KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Organise personnel to work on shifts as agreed with the Production Manager and maintain accurate staff shift records Coordinate with Shift Heads to arrange daily production activities to meet production targets Organise and perform regular training both for safety and skills development for subordinates, and maintain records of such training Implement standard methods to ensure that reproducible quality standards are maintained Participate in production planning activities to satisfy customers needs Identify department KPI and targets with production manager and communicate within the team. Ensure SOP/Housekeeping program has executed in production and reproducible quality standards are maintained. Coordinate preventive maintenance activities. Participate in production planning activities with costly & timely manner to satisfy customers needs Others appointment assigned by Production Manager.
