职位名称：中国区财务总监 Financial Controller 汇报上级：CFO 工作地点：东莞 SUMMARY 职位概述 负责中国区财务部运作，包括资金管理，预算控制，财务报告与分析，制度流程建设，德州工厂和合资公司财务管理、现金流量及成本核算及内部流程优化，外部审计配合及其他重大项目组织等。 In charge of all financial functions in China, including: cash management, bank relationship, tax planning, budget control, financial reporting and analysis, procedures, costing and internal control. Supervise a Trading Office and two Manufacturing Plants. Coordinate with China General Manager and with Singapore Finance Management. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责 1. 中国区运作支持和预算控制。 Support China operation and budget control. 2. 现金流管理和供应商付款审核及协调。 All Treasury functions (bank financing, cash management, supplier payment etc...). 3. 德州工厂，合资工厂成本核算体系及财务报告体系。Dezhou factory, Pingdu Factory (JV) management and financial reporting. 4. 德州工厂，合资公司财务管理及财务分析。 Dezhou factory, JV financial management and financial analysis. 5. 采购和资本性开支管理和控制。 Manage and control purchase, capital expenditure. 6. 业务预算与税务筹划。Budget 7. 审计及银行对外关系。Auditing 8. 领导交办的重大项目组织。 Financial Planning and Analysis requested by senior management. ALSO ADD: 9. Tax Planning 10. Relationship with local Administrations" SPECIFICATION 任职要求 A. COMPETENCY AND QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格和能力要求 1. 持有会计中级或以上职业资格。 Professional accounting qualification 2. 至少8年以上跨国公司工作经验。 A minimum of 10 years’ accounting experience in multinational company 3. Experience of Manufacturing Finance (ideally with an experience in a manufacturing environment). 4. 具备良好的沟通技巧、组织能力。 Good interpersonal and organizational skills. 5. Strong Management Skills 6. 具有综合管理和分析、预判能力，善于发现解决问题。 Integrated management level, be able to analyze and anticipate problems in advance. 7. 为人诚实正直，能够高效独立组织工作。Honest, Ability to organize team-work efficiently and under pressure. 8. Ability to prepare clear and professional strategice presentations. B. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE 教育背景 会计或审计专业，本科以上学历. An accounting/auditing bachelor holder or above. C. LANGUAGE SKILLS 语言能力 普通话，英文听说读写流利，CET-6或以上。 Mandarin, Good command of both spoken & written English, CET-6 or above. D. COMPUTER SKILLS 电脑操作技能 精通office软件操作，熟悉ERP，有使用Navision经验者为佳。 Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, Familiar with ERP, experience of MS-Navision would be advantageous
