New business Development manager Directly report to Managing director Working in Guangzhou office 一、Detailed description of MAIN tasks and responsibility: -According to the company’s strategic objective, assist in establishing the action plan of business development in China. -Implement and control the annual departmental budget in order to achieve NBD targeted objective. -Take charge of the evaluation of new product/project and its management tracing before launch. -Search for the potential partners in our value chain and help to establish the strategic alliance. -Carry out the market research if necessary. -Participate to establish the departmental data base. -Keep good communication and cooperation with the other departments -Submit the working report in order to the relevant procedure. -Ensure to complete the relevant SOP training demanded by GMP. -Functional support to manager for temporary tasks. -根据公司战略目标，参与制定中国区业务发展的行动计划。 -实施并控制本部门年度预算，达成年度新业务发展目标。 -新产品/项目的评估和上市前的管理。 -寻找各个价值链的潜在伙伴并努力建立战略联盟。 -实施必要的市场调研。 -参与建立本部门的数据库。 -建立良好的沟通机制,保障与相关部门密切沟通和配合。 -按规定的报告程序及时汇报工作。 -确保在上岗前己得到与该职位相关符合GMP要求SOP培训。 -完成上司安排的其它事项。 二、Skills/Qualifications/Competency: -Pharmacist or Medical doctor, Bachelor degree 大学本科,医药专业; -Skilled computer& Excellent listening, Speaking, reading & writing English required; 电脑操作熟悉，英语听说读写能力强; -3 years minimum marketing and sales experience in China market. 至少三年以上市场及销售工作经验; -Good business sense With excellent marketing experience and skill Understanding about their market and competitors' products 丰富的营销经验,娴熟的市场学技能;了解市场及竞争者的产品 -Excellent relationship in the China market and knowledge about China pharmaceutical market and industry required 在中国市场有很好的人际关系，娴熟中国药品及药业市场 -Good organisational and time-management skills 较好的组织与时间管理技能 -Good communications skills,Good negotiation skills and persuasiveness 较好的沟通技巧，较好的谈判技巧及说服力
