2.Materials evaluation specially for molding compound /or solder wire solder paste and Etc.
3.Project Leader to lead the ROHS project.
The Requirement
1.Good in molding or soldering.
2.Electronic, Telecom, Chemistry, Mechanical Etc. university graduate.
3.2 years or above related experiences and project leader is preferable.
4.Good spoken/written English, CET-4 level is the deadline.
