Job Responsibilities: Working with Logistics department to develop and evaluate the material / service suppliers QC responsibilities including incoming material inspection and assembly inspection Provide the training to the suppliers in quality issues To monitor the supplier performances to full fill the production requirements and continuous improvement of quality / service Working with QE to analyze the fails related with material problem and follow-up Produce the quality assurance reports, and statistical analysis the quality trend Recruit the inspectors and provide the technical guidance & training as required Job Requirements: Bachelor Degree, major in mechanical or electronic engineering; At least 3 years or above solid experience in SQE Be familiar with the international standard ISO9001 and TS16949 A team player with good communication skills; verbal English is required
