Engineering and Maintenance Management Specific Job Responsibilities： - Comply with the current GMP & our group Quality system requirement, drive the implementation for GMP compliance。 - Responsible for the operation / production safety issue . - In charge of the Engineering & Maintenance Department and EHS Dept’s operation and management.. - Develop the departments’ working plan and implementation to meet the company’s target, - In charge of the Dept staff training programs and cooperate with others Dept for implement the training programs. - Department staff performance evaluation and assessment.. -Establish and maintain good relationship among the team. -Responsible for the fixed assets management, Cooperate with Finance Dept for the fixed assets management in its life cycle including purchasing/ registration/use/ transfer/ reject -Responsible for the fixed asset management, insure that all the fixed asset investment project be finished in s time with good quality, well control of the project expenditure -In charge of Equipment/Facilitys’ use and maintenance (including improvement and innovation), Make sure that equipment and facility work in good status with relevant regulation/law compliance。 -Responsible for the Energy management in the company，insure the correct use of the energy and drive the energy saving and environment protection. -Responsible for the environment and safety issue implementation according to Corperate’s EHS policy ,and submit the regular report to Corperate. -Keep good relationship with others department and insure good cooperation.. -In conjunction with other departments to achieve the company's business plan (including the development projects of new products, new technology). Ensure staff complete the SOP training according to GMP requirement before working. -Cooperate with others Dept for GMP compliance with the quality policy.. -Functional support to manager for temporary tasks. Five－eight years with project and facilities and EHS management.example in teamwork. Engaged in more than 20 team project management, cost management experience Demonstrated ability to align E/M issues with key business drives Be familiar with Europe GMP and FDA laws and regulations Having experience in pharmaceutical equipment and maintenance Having excellent ability of effective organization , communication and coordination. A good sense of customer service Clean thinking and strong Interpersonal skills/observation ability/analytic capability.
