Job Summary： Overall management of Product Development Department. Lead the team in new product development and project management for new product introduction. Responsibilities & Duties： 1.Manage and coordinate the whole department to achieve the goals in product development and project management. 2.Communicate with customer and sales to understand their requirements. Translate customer’s requirements into product development. 3.Drive and improve the process of product development. Ensure new products development is properly done per customers’ requirements. 4.Work closely with chief designer and sales. Align product development with sales and marketing strategy. 5.Work with project managers and ensure new product introduction projects are achieved on schedule and within budget. 6.Interface with Purchasing Department and suppliers in pricing, quotation and cost analysis. 7.Coach and motivate the team members. Improve their skills and morale continuously. Work Experience: 1.Min. 5 years experience in home furnishing industry. 2.Min. 5 years experience working for western company, with min. 2 years in managerial position Professional Skill: 1.Professional background of product design and manufacturing. 2.Good leadership and management skills. Good interpersonal skills. 3.Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin. 4.Trading background. Familiar with operation of multinational company.
