Job Title: Social Accountability Regional Trainer Reports To: SA Training Manager Location: GuangZhou / ShenZhen / ShangHai Job Summary (Brief overview on scope of job responsibility) Provide professional training in the criteria of Social Accountability, Security and Environment to internal party and external party. Technical review and support to China Operation Team and Oversea Operation Office (Korean/Taiwan) Interrelationships (Other key functional or communication lines) Liaise internally with audit team and technical report review team Liaise internally with global Technical Governance team and global Customer Service team Liaise externally with client, vendor, sourcing agent and manufacturer with training need Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities) Develop internal and external training plan, training material. Deliver training to internal and external client. Collect and consolidate training feedback for future training development. Design and maintain audit standard based on legal requirement and client standard revision. Develop and evaluate audit protocols. Maintenance of the resource center database (laws & regulations, minimum wage, international laws & client standards, industrial knowledge). Assessment on auditor qualification. Training record analysis. Conduct social accountability, security and environmental audits, as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications At least Bachelor degree in Society Science, Environment, Engineering, Law, English or other related majors. 3 years of experience working as a Social, Security and/or Environmental auditor or above. Familiar with SA8000, ICTI, WRAP, ETI/SMETA, BSCI and brands Code of Conduct’s. Excellent oral presentation, written communication and interaction skills. Fluent in both Chinese and English
