Job Title: Key Account Senior Manager Report to: Asia Operation VP, CPS Job Summary (Brief overview on scope of job responsibility) •Working on high-level client relationship management; •Working with special authority to drive systematic operational management; •Working as senior project leader on new business expansion; •Working with senior management on project risk assessment. Interrelationships (Other key functional or communication lines) •Work with regional IAC General Managers; •Work with other functional departments (including, but not limited to, Legal Dept, HR Dept, QA Dept, Testing Dept, etc.); •Work with Client’s Quality Assurance or Personnel Management. Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key Roles, Functions & Accountabilities) Customer Satisfaction •Maintain high-level communication with assigned Clients. •Attend client meetings as Program Manager. Project Supervision •Engage internal functional parties to ensure internal operational excellence and continuing project optimization; •Review and approve updated client. Operational Excellence Supervision •Work with IAC GMs and CRM to monitor service execution, investigate issues, share and adopt best practices being learned within and outside the IAC organization. •For CARs or Client IMPs, work with IAC GMs for systematical or process changes using root cause investigation and effective improvement plans. •Train/Assess teams in high technical-oriented calibration exercises. Also responsible for retraining exercises and/or field performance validation audits. •Identify risks and escalate to Senior Management. Propose solutions to risks as applicable. Business Expansion •Responsible to lead and drive new projects, working with Sales Offices and Operational Program Managers as needed, to meet client demand for further business development. Education Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or Business Studies. Experience At least 5 years of working experience preferably gained from 3rd party inspection/auditing business or relevant fields in merchandising and/or consumer products manufacturing and/or customer services. Experience in supervising and managing assignments across locations and teams. Experience in working in a global company across diversified cultures. Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics Ability to communicate effectively both in speech and writing in English, and the ability to actively listen. Ability to collaborative and work well with people at all levels. Self -motivated to show drive and initiative to assume responsibilities. Proven track record of strong client relationship development skills. Demonstrated ability to find relevant information, analyze issues and recognize the implications. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Persistence in driving necessary improvements, and ability to lead and motivate others. Attention to details.
