建立岗位目的/Propose of this position 确保Cosmetic 金属产品生产正常进行，及时处理各类生产异常并不断改善生产工艺。/ Ensure the Cosmetic Metal product produce smoothly, handle all the problems appear during the produce and maintain improvement for technique 基本工作内容和职责/Job Responsibility 1．及时处理生产过程中各种异常问题。/ Handle all the problems appear during the produce 2．编写工艺文件，规范冲压\电镀作业环节，为生产过程提供技术支持。/Write technical document, optimize all stamping/plating working steps and provide technical support for produce 3．确认生产制程能力, 收集、分析及整理相关数据，进行生产工艺持续改善/改进。/Ensure the capability of produce; collect, analyze and arrange relevant data to maintain improvement of technique 4．采取具体对策应对客户投述，并对实施效果进行定量评估。/Advise suggestion for the customer complain and evaluate the result with a fix quantity 5．协助工艺组长培训基层员工。/Assist the technical team leader to train the skeleton stuff 岗位要求和教育要求/Job Requirement 熟练运用5W1H原则查找不良真因，提出纠正措施，解决现场问题。/Proficient in using the 5W1H principle to find the reason of badness, devise method to rectify and resolve the problem 进一步，能提出预防措施，并跟踪评估，确认有效，杜绝再发。/Devise prevent step, follow up and ensure availability, then put an end to it 机械或相关专业大学本科，英语四级。Bachelor Degree with major in mechanical or related fields; CET-4 certificate is a plus 工作经历要求/ Experience 五年以上外资企业冲压、电镀工作经验。实际的Cosmetic 金属产品冲压、电镀生产现场技术指导经历，熟练掌握各类“生产指导”，“工艺流程”等文件的编写。/Over 5 years stamping/plating working experience in the multinational company and experience in related Cosmetic Metal parts for Mobile phone, MP3 technical conduct; familiar with all kinds of document writing concerning about’ produce instruction ’ and ’technique procedure’ 能力，技能和知识/Ability, Skills and knowledge : 了解电镀药液配置方法，流程及其对电镀产品可能造成的影响。熟悉磨光、抛光激光雕刻及连续电镀生产工艺/Understanding the method of collocation for liquid plating；Familiar the manufacturing and industrial process of Polishing, Grinding, and Buffing; 电镀，冲压及相关设备操作经验，可依产品品质要求确定各类配件规格。/Plating，Stamping and related equipment operation experience; Confirm spec for all kinds of fittings base on product quality; 现场5S知识。CPK, SPC等统计手段。/Solid knowledge of 5S; statistical method for CPK and SPC etc. 工作环境/Working Environment 电镀现场 〉50% 。/Position of plating > 50%
