建立岗位目的 Serve customer for quality issue and satisfy customer requirement (such as survey, audit and visit). 基本工作内容和职责 1.Problem-solver for customer concerns and product non-conformances through 8-Discipline technique. 2.Be responsible for following up customer’s audit and survey, and submit the concerned corrective and preventive actions to customer. 3.Support production to decrease COQ. 4.Control non-conformance both externally and internally. Initiate, implement and verify corrective actions as needed. 5.Support in performing supplier certification audits, internal audits and support any required customer audits to discover opportunities for improvement. 6.Develop working relationships with assigned customers and team members. 7.Perform other related duties and assignments as required. 8.Establish and maintain accurate, up-to-date computer databases for SPC, PMP, FMEA, SCAR, CAR, PPAP, etc… 岗位要求和教育要求: College degree or equivalent experience preferred with additional technical courses, with customer relation to DELL, CISCO, MOTOROLA and NOKIA as prefect. 工作经历要求: Minimum 3 years Quality experience preferably in an ISO 9000 Manufacturing environment and multi-national company, with ISO/TS 16949 background and Engineering experience is more preferable. 能力，技能和知识: •Functional knowledge of ISO 9000 is required. •Ability to carry out the internal audit including make audit plan, execute, and follow up nonconforming correct and summarize the activity. •Adequate written and oral communication skills, in both English and Mandarin. •Data analysis skills coupled with average report writing, chart development abilities. •Functional knowledge of statistical process control. •Computer skills including spreadsheet, word processing, flowcharting software, database management software, and statistical software. •Problem solving skills consistent with 8-Discipline technique preferred. •Internal auditing experience preferred. •Process Improvement experience preferred.
