Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key Roles, functions & accountability): Incident Management: 1. Review all statements of investigation provided in IMP report (Investigation report) and related information to ensure that all facts are clearly stated and the investigation summary prepared by Office Manager is with the reasonable facts and evidences 2. Communicate the IMP issue with the Integrity Control Department Manager to proceed a full integrity investigation if found some suspicion and believe integrity violation is involved 3. Validate & challenge the investigation result and complete the IMP conclusion based on the investigation and findings gathered from Operation Manager and Integrity Control Department 4. Communicate & work with related parties to determine whether further investigation is required if the customer disagrees with the conclusion of the IMP Report submitted to Client 5. Collect and file the complete records of IMP on CPSDOC after the case has been closed 6.  Follow-up & ensure timeframe of IMP investigation are followed by related parties 7.  Collect and report on-time IMP KPI result in monthly reports to executive management 8.  Make recommendations whether CAR/PAR is required and suggest the QA team to initiate the CAR/PAR for the related case. 9. Work with the Manager Global Technical Services for the IMP related initiatives and improvements. Required Skills & Qualification: (What skills are required for this position): 1.  A university degree or above or diploma in the field of manufacturing, quality management. 2.  Minimum of 3 – 4 years of full time experience in Quality / Product Inspections process working with buying/agent agency and/or in factory. 3.  Good knowledge of Quality and Production systems. Exposure to the inspection standards or protocol of consumer products (Soft line, Hard lines). Knowledge of E & E and food products inspection was an advantage. 4.  Good command in written and oral communication skills in English. 5.  Good computer knowledge and able to work on MS WORD, MS EXCEL, and MS POWER POINT. 6.  Good management skills and ability to handle the challenges independently. 7.  High level of ethical values and integrity. 8.  Strong leadership, analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of management.
