Major Responsibilities 1.Inductive component design and reliability design; Provides direction on design and development activities to improve, modify or design new equipment products and processes. 2.Design and develop new components or redesign existing components to improve company products. 3.New material evaluation and release; 4.Combinations between product design and cost calculation; 5.Supervising of sample making department; 6.Analyzes technology trends, human resources needs and market demand to plan projects Major Requirements / Qualification 1.Education: College Graduate or above, majoring in Magnetic component design and relative fields. 2.Work Experience: Having 3 years or above magnetic component design work experience and at least 2 years department management experience. 3.Skills: Good knowledge of the magnetic component design. Good knowledge of suppliers of source material. Good leadership and supervisory skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Fluent oral and written English and Chinese, Good presentation skills. 4.Others: Open, confident, self-motivated, independent and innovative.
