Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities) •Develop and execute the defined QMS in the operation of FA, and monitoring its compliance by reviewing audit reports and on site performance of auditors. •Maintain adequate resources such as manpower and facilities to ensure the accuracy, effectiveness, and Turn Around Time of the reports, to ensure FA service can satisfy clients’ needs and ISO17020 requirement. •Develop location training plan yearly, and develop the training materials and perform the training according to clients’ request. If necessary, deliver the training request to training department and even for sourcing external training. •Supervise FA team in South China as a whole, and work with QA department to ensure the discipline and integrity of all FA auditors. •Assessment, salary and PMP review of FA auditors. Suggestion of promotion of the team members under the approval of South China Operation Vice GM. •Training factories, and vendors if necessary, and cope with the complaints either from clients or from internal audit with QA department. •Do the internal audits according to ISO17020, do the on site assessment of auditors, and do FA audits if necessary. •Closely liaise with important clients, prepare their specified FA documents and to give presentation to the important clients. •To ensure the adequacy and update of all documentation FA used.
