Responsibilities:

1.Manage firework inspection program
2.Serve as client’s direct contact in the areas of industry standards, client specifications
3.Coordinate all aspects of firework inspection process (from booking to report issuance) with the client
4.Define the purpose, scope and timeline for the initial setup of new program
5.Conduct investigation, reporting and appropriate follow-up action concerning clients’ complaints 6.Enable effective internal and external communication with all related departments for maximum client satisfaction
7.Participating on setting up the program procedures and instructions by setting up the monitoring tools to ensure client’s expectations are met8.Attending project meetings and report project progress to clientJob

Requirements:

1.Degree holder or above in any discipline
2.Minimum 5 years working experience preferably related to firework inspection
3.Minimum of 2 years supervisory or management experience
4.Thorough understanding and good knowledge of inspection service
5.Good command of written and spoken English 6.Independent, team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
7.Decisive and self-confident when dealing with vendor and factory personnel
8.Responsible, patient, customer-oriented
9.Able to work under pressure and balance several tasks simultaneously10.Must possess strong work ethic and excellent client service skill to ensure effective and responsive client interaction (internal and external)11.Based in LiuYang but frequent travel is required
