Job goal：

1.To assist operation manager with policy making concerning company production safety, labour safety, occupational health and environmental protection;
2.To draft, translate and issue documents concerning fire-fighting and production safety management work within Safety Management Department;
3.To make and perfect EHS proposals and emergency system with ESH objectives established and make pre-plan related to all kinds of emergency;
4.To organize safety and environmental protection system review procedures and EHS internal audit and implement specific working requirements related to fire-fighting and production safety and monitor its implementation;
5.To have related meetings or conduct training and rehearsals to raise employees’ awareness with respect to environment, health and safety and enhance their ability to deal with crisis;

Main Duties (max. 5)：

1.To handle the annual inspection formalities, record and filing of company’s special equipment (forklift, crane, boiler, air compressor, fire-fighting and environmental inspection and acceptance);
2.To keep files and account book of special equipment, personnel qualification and dangerous chemicals;
3.To be responsible for cleaning, pest control and greening within the production area;
4.To constantly identify and assess critical points in EHS production within the company;
5.To monitor behaviour on-site and report to the supervisor if any violation occurs;

Additional Duties：

1.To urge employees’ to work within rules and regulations and make sure correct usage of personal labour protection appliance;
2.To follow other reasonable orders from the supervisors.
