主要职责：
1、组织实施公司生产计划，掌握生产进度，对生产中出现的问题进行及时的协调和解决；
2、指导、落实公司及本管辖区域的管理规定及作业规范，沟通协调部门工作；
3、持续改进生产流程、发掘生产产能，努力提高生产效率、降低生产成本；
4、负责质量检验中所存在问题分析及改良,试产问题的跟进及协助解决；
5、负责本部门IE改善在生产线的推行、落实；


任职要求：
1，32岁以上，男性 大专以上学历，工科背景优先
2，5年以上生产装配管理工作经验，
3，英文水平优秀，口语流利
