1、QA Experiences: ≧ 10 years
2、Experiences with DFM/DFX
3、Experiences on auditing processes with worldwide known big company
4、Fluent English speaking. Able to communicate with English-speaking customers
5、Warm heart capability to lead, instruct and manage young engineering team
6、Well know IPC requirement on Precision and high density PCBA & SMT Processes
7、Experiences on Fuji & Siemens SMT lines
8、Experiences processes on (1) 01005 micro chips, (2)underfill, (3)PoP, etc.
9、Capable to design processes with yield rate >99.7%
10、Needs: 3, Dedicated & Aggressive
11、BS, MS, ME
12、Gender equality
13、Dorm & food provided
14、Working place: GZ factory Bonded Area
