Operations Manager
Reporting to: General Manager
Direct Reports:
- 4 Printing Specialists from Germany
- Printing Operators
- Maintenance Supervisor
- Materials/Warehouse Planner
- Production Planner
- Purchasing Engineer
- Customs & Logistic Supervisor
- (Future: Quality Manager)
Criteria:
- Have been in Operations Manager role for 3-5 years
- Managing production, maintenance, supply chain and logistics, quality, technical (engineering)
- From America or European MNC’s
- Engineering graduate (mechanical, electrical, materials/chemistry, plastic engineering, etc.)
- Printing and extrusion experience preferred but not must, may consider other industry (consumer products, industrial products)
- Experience in ISO, EHS, 6-sigma, lean manufacturing
- Age 35-45 years, strong leadership skills with good PR/diplomatic personalities, result oriented
- Good Language and communication Skill (particularly in English)
