Job Goal:
- manage sourcing function to ensure best price and continuous lowering of purchase costs with highest quality
- manage procurement function to ensure that purchase orders are promptly issued and material arrives on time
- Maintain the SAP & ensure invoice related document are well collected and follow till payment completed.

Main Duties:
Work closely with German colleagues regarding items that are intended to be purchased locally:
- Continuous demand (raw materials, inks, etc.)
- Equipment
Analyze the equipment specification and corresponding Chinese supply market to identify potential local suppliers
Assist German expert to communicate the technical requirement or project details to local supplier and obtain and negotiate offers from these local suppliers
Place and follow up the Orders to Chinese suppliers until delivery and payment is completed
- Ensure daily business in Purchasing

1.Bachelor Degree in Business Admin or related；
2.3-5 years purchasing experience in manufacturing field；
3.Worked with MNC before
