BASIC PURPOSE
Within the strategy of Sitindustrie in Foshan, China, the job holders should:
1.take charge to increase considerably the sales of the products
2.be responsible for the retention of old customers and develop new customers.
LEADERSHIP & INFLUENCE
-Forecast the sales trend (demand, price, new technologies, variety etc.) based on the information collected.
-Take initiatives to optimize Company and Group image and reputation in China;
-Make every endeavour to promote sales of the products;
-Proposes suggestions and recommendations for the top management concerning company's new projects.
-Performs competition analysis and acts quickly when claim occurs;
-Cooperates with internal departments and resources to facilitate corporate operations and maximizes the profitability;
-Help minimize sales cost.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERTISE
University / College diploma, majoring in engineering ;
5 year successful sales record in selling technical products;
Good knowledge of stainless tubes & pipes business is welcome;
Aggressive in developing customers;
Smart in business negotiations;
Target and efficiency-driven;
Good interpersonal communication skills
Good English communication skills
TYPE & FREQUENCY OF MEASUREMENTS
Ensure that sales volume meet the target of STPF ;
Ensure the achievement of the sales team;
Ensure the development of new customers;
Ensure timely, accurate and informative reports to meet management requirements.
