optimal processing parameters for vacuum forming.
2.Procide trouble shooting service.
3.Take care of qjality complaint issues
4.Follow up test run of new product.
5.Prepare technical report
6.Give training to customers
7.Interact actively with customers and even end users.and users.And share all information concerning product,quality,market trend,and events obtained from customers to R&D colleagues,Quality department,Production department ,and Sales department
8.Maintain a good documentation of all cases concerning technical support


1.Bachelor's degree or advanced
2.Minimum three years of experience in vacuum forming processing
3.Experience in kitchen cabinet and home furniture a plus
4.Good proficiency in English language
