job goal:
The P&T Manager is responsible for day-to-day production
and efficient running of the facility. He supports the staff
daily, applying a team approach and maintaining open communication . The P&T Manager plans, schedules,
strategizes, and oversees all production and expansion activities while continually maintaining profitability.

main duties(max.5）:
1-Communicate effectively with the general manager, supply chain, and quality informing them regularly to guarantee that production objectives are met
•Organize and direct the production and maintenance
operations which ensure the most effective returns
•Responsible to create, communicate and regularly track clear plant KPI's and direct action plans to improve them.
•Responsible to make sure that production proceeds
smoothly and stays within budget. Oversee the production process, reducing costs wherever necessary.
•Improve manpower utilization and productivity within existing departments and processes.
•Makes sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality and that the products are in good quality before quality control takes over to check the products .
•Decide which machines will be used, whether new machines need to be purchased, whether overtime or extra shifts are necessary, and what the order of production should be.
•Monitors the production process to make sure that it stays on schedule and they correct any problems that may arise.
•Develop and create ways and facility tools to make the production process more efficient.
•Maintain the "lean" production techniques

2. Technicality Management
* Responsible for technical aspects in printing and extrusion, liason with technical managers in Germany to resolve technical issues
* Responsible for technical discussion with materials and machines supliers
* Being key person in handling and resolving technical issues, work closely with Quality Manager and customers to discuss and decision relevant technical questions
3. Maintenance & Projects accountability
•Responsible for the OEE of the facility
•Establish a team mechanism for problem solving and cost reduction
•Responsible to submit the necessary Investment requests in time, with the necessary documentations to be approved by management.
•Responsible to stay within the allocated budget for new projects.
•Responsible for creating an overall plan for new projects
and assign accountabilities and actions to meet the target commissioning dates for new machines and equipment's .
4. Continues Improvement & CCS projects
•Leads initiatives and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital
•Review and monitor continuous improvement activities
5. EHS
* Responsible for operations safety, health and environment rules compliance
* Manage Safety function to ensure that Group Policies and Guidelines are followed and all EHS functions are properly carried out
6. Warehouse and Logistics
* Responsible for proper warehouse and inventory management
* Responsible for logistics functions including shipment inwards and outwards to ensure that materials and finished goods are transported on a right time and right quantity to meet with production and customer requirement.
* Overseeing customs function with support from Planning & Customer Service and Accounting Manager
