Extrusion Shift leader
Extrusion Production Supervisor

- Can prepare, start up and operate a blowing extrusion Machine and auxiliary equipment.
- Lead shift and perform duties in conformance with health, 5S and safety requirements
- Manage own shift team
Extrusion production

Main Duties
- Extrusion Production of all Hygiene films in line with the order and corresponding to the product and manufacturing specifications.
-Operate printing line:
starting up and running the printing line
cleaning/maintaining the equipment
methodical procedures
quality checks
handling of the finished goods
in order to achieve best printing film properties and prevent failures
- direct information about machine failures or issues to Production Supervisor
- Permanent visual control of all given quality requirements; accurately and neatly conduct and record all required production data and quality checks
-Ensure information about production, safety, quality, cost and delivery etc. are communicated within the team
-Any problems related to production, including but not limited to manpower, safety, process, quality, maintenance and logistics, need to be reported to Production Supervisor timely
-Can adapt to shift work and work on weekends

Other requirement

- Experience in production of blowing extrusion process is preferable
-Work experience with foreign company (corporate language English) is preferable
-5+years’ experience
•-junior college degree is preferable
