Supply Chain Manager-------某美资电子有限公司 建立岗位目的/Propose of this position： Persons employed in this position are responsible for, but not limited to, supervision of vendors for the supply of required materials and tooling for automotive antenna manufacturing programs to ensure total customer satisfaction while ensuring cost, lead time and quality targets are met. 负责管理所在地的供应商，确保有关汽车天线制造用的材料和配件的品质和交期符合公司要求，从而满足客户的需求； 基本工作内容和职责/Job Responsibility： Develop Suppliers, conduct supplier audits, and strategize with Quality Assurance as required to improve and ensure supplier quality； 和品质部门安排供应商的审核，提高和改善供应商的品质水准； Develop and manage cost reduction program； 负责成本控制； Communicate with production Control, Sales, and Design Engineering to ensure new and existing products have continuous flow and reduce company’s overall risk exposure； 和生产控制，销售人员及设计工程保持沟通，以确保新的和现有产品物料的 连续供应，从而降低因物料供应而造成的风险； Special projects as required； 完成临时性的工作； 岗位要求和教育要求/Job requirement： 全日制大学工科毕业，机械专业优先； University degree and major in engineering，mechanical preferred; 工作经历要求/ Experience : 十年以上工作经验，五年以上的供应链管理工作经验（包括计划、物流、交货，及QS16949品质系统）在汽车制造相关行业。 Over 10 years working experience and mix.5 years experience in Supply Chain Management in automotive processes like running forecast, daily delivery-updates, QS procedures; 能力，技能和知识/Ability, Skills and knowledge : 流利的英文口语和书写能力。 Good command of spoken and written English 有商务敏锐性。 Strong sense of business 工作责任心强。 Strong sense of responsibility 熟悉汽车工业制造流程。 Familiar with Automotive industry manufacture procedure 自学能力和团队精神。 Self-study and teamwork spirit 分析、判断能力和谈判技巧。 Ability of analysis, judgment and negotiation 质量管理能力。 Ability of quality management
