Key Responsibilities

1.Manage tools development and transfer by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, summarizing, and reporting.
2.Monitor daily tooling shop operation, productivity and quality; ISO9001/ISO14000and OHSAS and SA 8000
3.Monitor tooling TPM process, annual plan to make sure the tooling Up-time target are met.
4.KPI data review, find out the bottle neck to effect the mold life and organize team for solution
5.Regular review the mold condition risk base on the forecast, workout backup plan and budget to cover the risk
6.Introduce new technology, process and equipment to implement to optimize the tooling and molding production, cost saving
7.Assess team members, give necessary training to enhance the capability.

Backgroundand Skill Requirements

1.University Master degree in mold design and manufacturing major
2.At least 5 years Leadership experience tooling shop managing experience
3.Knowledge of managing a department (modern managing) with focus of future orientation, people orientation and culture
4.Knowledge of development tools procedures and methods
5.Knowledge of effective team building approaches and team dynamics
6.Knowledge of ISO9001/ISO14000 OHSAS system
7.Knowledge of Project management
8.Knowhow of mold manufacturing, mechanical machining process, molding process and knowhow.
9.Familiar with use of office software and CAD/UG/ CATIA/
10.Skilled to understand and interpret standards, directives and laws.
11.Skilled to define and describe tasks
12.Ability to quickly acquire new technology and skills as necessary
