Administratively reports to (position): Technical & Quality Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemical engineering, polymer chemistry, polymer materials & engineering, textile engineering and relevant majors.
2. At least 3 years relevant manufacturing working experience in chemical process, with knowledge in process unit operation. Fresh graduate would be considered.
3. A strong sense of compliance; be able to work under pressure in a team environment.
4. General understanding in process control strategy and has logical problem solving skill.
5. Good interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
6. Good command of English both in spoken & written.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide strong technical support to operations in troubleshooting.
2. Develop and optimize standard operating procedures (SOP) and conditions (SOC) to improve plant performance.
3. Implement of new technology to improve overall performance (Quality, Yield, Uptime & Cost).
4. Conduct plant tests and new product development.
5. Investigate product quality complaints from our customers.
6. Key contributor to the Plant Quality Management System.
7. Provide technical support on Raw Materials, Packaging, Process Control and Final Products.
8. Contributor to the plant Process Safety Management system.
