Qualifications:

College or equivalent;

 At least 8 years related management experience in molding quality control, FAI and calibration field;
 Familiar with ISO standard, such as ISO9001.
 Familiar with the quality improvement tools such as QC 7 Tools, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan,MSA,SPC,CIP etc;
 Have plastic mould knowledge and can operate Zeiss CMM machine are preferred;
 Has experience of working in molding manufacturing factory, better in the foreign company.
 Having ISO9001 auditor certificate.
 Good Chinese in written and oral;
 Good English in written and oral.
 Skilled in use of Win 9x/2k、Microsoft Office, CAD software etc.
 Ability of organization and communication.
 Analytical/problem-solving skills;
 Good presentation ability.

Functions and responsibilities:
Purpose:

 In order to comply with customer and company quality requirement, according to project plan and ISO requirement to plan and implement PSQC and FAI section day-to-day activities.
 Manage PSQC team day to day work in Hong Da;
 Prepare and implement training plan to promote quality awareness and ability in the PSQC section.
 Lead PSQC team to collect material quality statistics and analyze to solve daily quality issue with effective action plan;
 Feedback quality failure to plastic shop, claim a corrective action if it is necessary;
 Work with Engineering and Plastic Shop to drive quality improvement project to solve top quality;
 Manage FAI team day to day work in Hong Da;
 FAI、CP/CPK、SPC、GR&R report check and review, to ensure the data was correct and accurate;
 Develop advanced measuring technology and method;
 Monitoring testing equipment and gauge management, calibration.
 Supporting the QA Manager to manage new project quality in Hong Da;
 New project quality document preparation such as PPAP, QIP(In-process),WI, etc;
 Inspection equipment, fixture and jig develop;
