General：

Responsible for the smooth and optimized operations of the assigned production unit, while
ensuring EHS and quality requirements are continuously met.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering,
Polymer, Spinning or Textile Engineering.
2. At least 5 years of relevant working experience in complex and continuous operations. (Oil
and gas, polymer and/or fiber manufacturing process are preferred).
3. Possess strong logical and critical thinking skills.
4. Possess good knowledge of and able to uphold EHS, quality and reliability requirements in
the operating environment.
5. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated experience in leading small teams is an
advantage.
6. Good command of English (both spoken & written).

Pesponsibilities:

1. Ensure operating area consistently meets EHS, quality and reliability requirements while
maintaining uninterrupted production.
2. Interact closely with various functions (operations, maintenance, technical and EHS etc.) to drive
towards maintaining high uptime and producing quality product.
3. Lead and develop a small team of technicians in driving work execution.
4. Continually look for opportunities to improve work productivity and eliminate waste in the
operating area.
5. Review, assess and allocate appropriate resources in implementing improvement ideas.
6. Lead/participate in the implementation of small projects.
7. Lead and/or participate in RCA/PHA/routine audits.
