任职资格描述
The QA Manager is responsible for the successful implementation of the xxx QA System at the local xxx site.
Furthermore the QA Manager should provide support and training for the implementation of the xxx QA system to the local QA specialist and all involved departments and training for Printer & Extursion.
Quality Duties
1、Support of local QA specialist for implementing QM system, incl. SOP.WI, external / internal specs and related Q records
2、Support of local QA specialist for implementing internal QA and worker self-tests
3、Support of local QA specialist for implementation of on- going process control system
4、Support of local QA specialist in case of quality problems
5、Support of local QA specialist regarding QA data, corrective and preventive actions follow up, improvements
6、Printing –Production of all Hygiene films in line with the order and corresponding to the product and manufacturing specifications
7、Training of the local operators in starting up and running the printing line cleaning/ maintaining the equipment, methodical procedures, quality checks, handling of finished goods, in order to achieve best printing film properties and prevent failures
8、Direct information about machine failures or issues to operations manager, plant and project manager
9、Permanent visual control of all given quality requirements, accurately and neatly conduct and record all required production data and quality checks
10、Support of local QA specialist kin claim management
11、Training of QA specialist and local employees based on film characteristics
12、Support of communication between RKW Guangzhou and Headquarter Germany in case of quality problems and projects.
13、Perform duties in conformance with health, cleanness and safety requirement
Requirement:
1) Work Experience: 10-15 years (last 3 to 5 years in Quality Manager role)
2) Experience: MNC, European/NA preferred. Film or non-wowen film or related.
3) Supplier of P&G with QAKE Experience is a must. ISO certification fluent.
4) Know most Quality Management tools – Six Sigma preferred, Why-Why, Fish Bones, FMEA, etc.
5) Education: Bachelor Degree in engineering (chemicals, polymers, bio-chem, printing/color management)
6) Language: Fluent in English
7) Gender: F or M, no preference
8) Personalities: Strong leadership, customer oriented, team work, good managerial records
