Purpose

1.Develop the procurement policy and initiatives required procedures to meet company goals.
2.Join with xxx team to develop the local supplier network.


Education & Experience

1、Graduate from business administration or commerce or engineering.
2、Minimum 8 years procurement experiences preferably with a manufacturing company,
3、including 5 years experiences in managing the either purchasing/procurement/supply
4、chain functionalities.
5、With Mechanical or electronic knowledge is preferred.
6、Fluent in English, Mandarin
7、Cantonese and other languages is preferable
8、Basic computer skill and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Initiative, self motivate, team working

Key Responsibilities：

Development of the procurement policy and procedures for both the direct or indirect materials ordering.
Administration of the own team including the development,training and management
Purchasing project prioritization and management
Managing purchasing information and system procedures.
Negotiating and administration of purchasing contracts
Setting policy and measures to minimize inventory level
Establish supplier catalogues and guidance on specific aspects of procurement.
Periodic meeting with suppliers to evaluate service and products to seek for cost reduction and/or quality improvement
Liaise and cooperate with other internal departments for new project developments.
To participate and play a key role to drive the local sourcing program to contribute the local content enlargement with both
quality and cost benefits.
