Purpose:
Being responsible for the installation, maintenance or servicing of buildings, equipment and other company resources.

Degree in Engineering(Civil/Electrical/Mechanical)；
Minimum 5 years in Facilities and Plant Maintenance in managerial position；
Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese；
Good knowledge and experience in HVAC systems,building maintenance and
safety management；
Strong project management planning and skills；
Good knowledge of legal requirement in Building Construction in Guangdong；
Acknowledge of Mechanical Engineering , Building Service, Plant maintenance
Chinese and English are must；
Skillful use of Office and CAD software.

Define kPI of facilities management;
Report for failure analysis and derive corrective action;
Budget estimation and Evaluation of working method.
