任职资格描述
Purpose:
Being responsible for the installation, maintenance or servicing of buildings, equipment and other company resources.
Degree in Engineering(Civil/Electrical/Mechanical);
Minimum 5 years in Facilities and Plant Maintenance in managerial position;
Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese;
Good knowledge and experience in HVAC systems,building maintenance and
safety management;
Strong project management planning and skills;
Good knowledge of legal requirement in Building Construction in Guangdong;
Acknowledge of Mechanical Engineering , Building Service, Plant maintenance
Chinese and English are must;
Skillful use of Office and CAD software.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities definition & objective/result of the job;
Establish preventive maintenance plan for all facilities;
building and technical installations;
Develops effective and attainable work programs Repair rate;
Define kPI of facilities management;
Report for failure analysis and derive corrective action;
Budget estimation and Evaluation of working method.
