任职资格描述
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor degree with Human Resources Management, Administration Management and related background.
2.1 or 2 year experience in HR and Admin function. Previous operation& plant experience will be preferred.
3. Positive, initiative, result-oriented and team work.
4. Excellent time-management, problem-solving skills and multi-task management skills.
5. Good interpersonal and cross function collaboration skills.
6. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
7. Good command of written and verbal English.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead the staffing process, ensure all Staffing practices are in accordance to labour laws, company regulations & requirements.
2. Prepare regular staff movement reports, provide accurate data to support manpower management.
3. Complete new employee boarding process and employee leavers’ check-out process.
4. Mange all employees’ Labour contract and Labour contract renewal.
5. Finish new employment contract or agreement timely, host employee’s check out process.
6. In charge of Management of Change of Personnel process.
7. Coordinate with Shared Service centre to create and maintain employee and employment data in HR system, upkeep of employee’s personnel files and records, ensure employees information and relevant files are entered and updated in a timely manner.
8. Support on employee relations management, take on other HR projects (such as team building, outing, annual party etc.) as assigned and provide support and assistance as needed.
