Key Responsibilities:
1.Reports the status of the development by collecting,analyzing,interpreting,summarizing,and displaying data
2.Shows full transparency ot the assigned leader
3,Strong communication with the development dept. within the Miele organization
4.Assists engineers/developers in component and material selection
5.Reviews and updates project specifications and requirments with engineers
6.Ensure that staffing and competences are appropriate to support current business plans and future growth initiatives in both skills and training/development
7.Work with quality ,lab and compliance departments to ensure products will meet various regional standards as well as internal product requirements
8 Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
1. Technical university bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. At least 5 years in engineering environment with at least two years of close involvement with product development
3. Knowledge of development prodedures and methods 4. Knowledge of ISO quality system and related requirements and standards
5.Skilled to define and describe tasks
6.Skilled at using CATIA V5 and above software
7Ability to quickly accquire new knowledge and skills as necessary
8.English (good oral and written communications skills)Requirements:
