Purpose of Position：
Leads the organization to launch their products taking into consideration safety, comfort, convenience and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
1、Reports test outcomes by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, summarizing, and displaying data.
2、Documents test reports and communicates test results within the organization.
3、Assists engineers/developers in component and material selection.
4、Reviews and updates project specifications and requirements with engineers.
5、Increases technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing technical publications, standards, directives and laws for product safety.
6、Ensure that staffing and competences are appropriate to support current business plans and future growth initiatives in both skills and training/development
7、Work with quality and compliance departments to ensure products will meet various regional standards, as well as internal product requirements.
8、Other duties as assigned.
Backgroundand Skill Requirements：
1、Technical university or bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or test and measurement engineering
2、At least 5 years in Lab test activities, engineering environment with at least one year of close involvement with product development.
3、Knowledge of test procedures and methods
4、Knowledge of Approbation procedure
5、Knowledge of effective team building approaches and team dynamics
6、Knowledge of ISO quality system and related requirements.
7、Extensive computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, database, and graphics applications.
8、Skilled to understand and interpret standards, directives and laws.
9、Skilled to define and describe test equipment
10、Skilled at using test equipment
11、Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and skills as necessary
12、Work Environment: combination of office and laboratory environment.
