•Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronics / Telecommunications related field or its equivalent; •Minimum 6 years in a Test/ Test Engineering role in an electronics manufacturing or services organization; Minimum 2 to 3 years in managerial role in related field; •Be familiar in process/testing engineering, hands-on experience with repairs, debug and FA. Experience in PCBA manufacturing is required, experience in PC and handset assembly; Familiar with MFG resources planning, process control and quality control; •Good command of English; Good communication skills and organizational skills.
