SUMMARY
职责概要
Assist Vice GM to make improvements in Stamping in areas such as productivity, quality, on time delivery and OEE, to ensure all new projects and technical upgrading in Stamping can be completed on time and meet the company's requirements as well.
负责协助制造部副总在生产效率，质量，交期及设备综合利用率上的改善，确保冲压车间的新项目及技术改造能够如期完成并满足公司要求。
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES基本职责：
1.Lead and manage all new projects and technical upgrading in Stamping to ensure all projects and upgrading in Stamping can be completed according to projects' timeline, and in the same time meet the company's requirements.
管理冲压部的新项目及技术改造，确保项目及技术升级改造能够如期完成并满足公司要求。
2.Manager Stamping department to achieve the KPI target in output, OTD, quality and efficiency side including Order Fulfillment Rate, QC Pass Rate and OEE.
管理冲压达成产量、交期、质量及设备综合利用率等方面的KPI指标。
3.Manager Stamping department to improve the quality of Stamping Dept. and reduce the customer's complaints together with QC team.
管理冲压部以提高产品质量，减少和降低客户投诉。
4.Manage the manpower in Stamping in daily and weekly basis and ensure the workshop's productivity and production output and order fulfillment.
管理每日及每周冲压部门的人员，确保车间的生产效率及订单的及时交货。
5.Implement new employees' orientation training and on-the job training for staff in Stamping, including operators/leaders/mold setters etc.
推行部门的入职及在岗培训，包括员工，领班及调机员等职位。
6.Responsible for internal audit and customer’s audit in Stamping and implement for preventive and corrective actions incurred from those audits.
负责部门的质量体系内审及客户验厂，负责推行由内审及客户验厂产生的纠正预防措施的实施。
7.Push for continuous improvement in Stamping in areas such as productivity, order fulfillment, scrap, cost down, efficiency, OEE, quality control, social compliance, attendance rate and turnover.
推动冲压部门在产能、质量、成本、报废、效率及社会责任验厂等方面的持续改善。
8.Make preventive actions to eliminate and reduce the industrial safety incidents, and analyze the incidents' root causes and get rid of the potential risks for industrial safety incidents.
确保采取预防性的改善措施降低和消除工伤事故，分析工伤事故的原因并采取相应的纠正措施。
9.Evaluate the current incentive plan in Stamping and make proposal to improve it in order to increase the efficiency and improve quality.
评估和改善冲压车间的绩效制度以提高产能及质量。

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCES REQUIREMENT具体要求
1.Bachelor degree with mechanical/engineering background is a must. 机械工程本科毕业
2.Minimum 10 years experiences in stamping production management and at least 3 years in workshop manager or assistant manager level. Management experiences in areas of stamping mold design, stamping mold making, high pressure and speed metal stamping press making are preferable.
至少十年冲压车间管理经验，三年以上的车间经理及助理经理经验。有高速冲压模具设计、冲压模具制造及高速大功率冲压设备制造经验者优先。
3.Preferable with experiences and training certificate in project management, lean manufacturing and kaizen.
有项目管理及精益生产和改善管理经验者优先。
4.Preferable in fluent English in both written and spoken.
有英文读写及口语沟通能力者优先。
