General Purpose:
协助运营部副总及生产中心总监在生产效率，质量，交期及设备综合利用率上的改善，确保组装车间的新项目及技术改造能够如期完成，特别是确保组装车间的组装工序能够不断的被自动组装取代，生产效率提升及生产成本能够下降。
Assist Operation GM and Production Center Director to make improvements in Assembly in areas such as productivity, quality, on time delivery and OEE, to ensure all new projects and technical upgrading in Assembly can be completed on time, especially to make sure that the manual assembly will be reduced and replaced by automation, the efficiency will be improved and cost will be down in manual assembly work shop.

职责Duties:

1.管理所有组装生产部的新项目及技术改造，确保项目及技术升级改造能够如期完成并满足公司要求；
2.负责管理组装车间产量、交期质量及设备综合利用率等方面的KPI指标；
3.负责改善组装部门的质量，减少和降低客户投诉；
4.管理每日及每周组装部门的人员，确保车间的生产效率及订单的及时交货；
5.推行部门的入职及在岗培训；
6.负责部门的质量体系内审及客户验厂，负责推行由内审及客户验厂产生的纠正预防措施的实施；
7.推动组装部门在产能、质量、成本、报废、效率及社会责任验厂等方面的持续改善；
8.确保采取预防性的改善措施降低和消除工伤事故，分析工伤事故的原因并采取相应的纠正措施；
9.评估和改善组装车间的绩效制度以提高产能及质量；
10.其他制造部副总安排的工作任务。
任职资格Qualifications:
1.机械工程本科毕业Bachelor degree with mechanical/engineering background is a must.
2.至少十年生产车间管理经验，三年以上的车间经理及助理经理经验。有高速组装设备设计及制造经验者优先Minimum 10 years experiences in assembly production management and at least 3 years in workshop manager or assistant manager level. Management experiences in areas of assembly machine design and making are preferable.。
3.有项目管理及精益生产和改善管理经验者优先Preferable with experiences and training certificate in project management, lean manufacturing and kaizen.。
4.有英文读写及口语沟通能力者优先Preferable in fluent English in both written and spoken.。
