General Purpose:
Assist Operation Vice GM and Production Center Director to make improvements in injection areas such as productivity, quality, on time delivery and OEE, to ensure all new projects and technical upgrading in Assembly can be completed on time, the efficiency will be improved and cost will be down in manual assembly work shop..
Duties:
1.负责注塑部的生产安排和本部门的日常事务；
2.根据生产计划，合理地安排生产，按时按质按量地完成生产任务，确保交期和产品质量；
3.带头遵守公司的各项规章制度，并监督下属员工严格遵守，发现不良行为，及时予以指出和纠正；监督生产过程中的人员安全、物料安全及设备模具安全；
4.对下属做好岗位技能培训、质量意识培训和6S培训等；
5.督促做好注塑设备的点检和保养，做好注塑设备、模具、工装夹具的报修和维修工作；
6.积极推行6S目视管理，搞好注塑部现场6S管理工作，确保注塑部工作环境清洁、整齐、有序，各类物品标识清楚、摆放整齐；
7.做好本部门雇员的考核工作，提高雇员的工作积极性及主动性；
8.督导下属做好试模生产过程中的的注塑工艺条件记录，分析生产过程中的产品及模具结构；
9.科学合理地设定注塑工艺参数，经常进行抽查、核对、确认，并对模具结构提出改良建议；
10.及时分析/处理生产过程中出现的问题，并提出纠正、预防措施；
11.随时掌控本部门的生产进度、产品质量、物料供应、生产效率/料耗、模具/设备及人员动态等，当出现异常状况时，及时分析原因、协调/沟通处理，确保生产顺畅；
12.根据生产需要决定车间是否加班，根据生产任务情况提出增减员工人数建议；
13.制定并执行产品改进战略，配合销售业务目标实现，并跟上市场的发展趋势。

任职资格Qualifications:

1.材料成型及控制工程或模具设计与制造相关专业本科毕业；
Be related to Bachelor degree Material Shaping and control Engineering or mold design and manufacturing.
2.至少十年注塑车间管理经验，5年以上的注塑车间经理经验；
Min 10 years experiences in Plastic Injection management and at least 5 years in manager level.
3.有项目管理及精益生产和改善管理经验者优先；
Preferable with experiences and training certificate in project management, lean manufacturing and kaizen.
4.有英文读写及口语沟通能力者优先；
Preferable in fluent English in both written and spoken.
